What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver our service and to run our business well:
Booking information. Your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the services you book. If you choose to tell us about preferences or sensitivities (for example an allergy to a massage oil), we record it solely so your therapist can deliver a safe, comfortable session.
Messages. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or through our website, we keep the conversation so our team has context and can serve you without asking you to repeat yourself. WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and our business messaging provider, 360dialog.
Payments. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Ziina. We never see or store your card number.
Website and advertising data. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors find us and use our site. This includes session identifiers, device type, and advertising click identifiers from platforms such as Google and Meta.
How we use your data
To schedule and deliver your sessions, communicate with you about bookings, process payments, respond to your questions, and improve our service. We may occasionally send you relevant offers or updates on WhatsApp; you can opt out at any time by telling us to stop.
Advertising measurement
To understand which of our advertising actually works, we share limited, protected data with Google and Meta: advertising click identifiers, and a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of contact details such as your phone number or email address. These hashes let the advertising platform recognise whether an ad led to a booking, without us ever sending your readable personal information. We do not sell your data, and we never share your booking details, messages, addresses, or any health-related notes with advertising platforms.
How long we keep it
Advertising click data is retained for 90 days. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE. Message history is kept so we can serve returning clients; you may ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we are legally required to keep). Email contact@novuswellness.ae and we will respond promptly. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law.
